i love going to husseins for middle eastern food. this place has been there forever and never ceases to amaze me. reasonble price but a1 quality food.

if you like thai fusion, go to people's palace in greenbelt. a little pricey for manila but dam good food.

powerplant has many decent places to eat and a great cinema 

other favs include: le souffle (powerplant or the fort)

for drinks the mandarin's version of the captains bar (hong kong mandarin) is fab. also lots of cool places in greenbelt.
